The National Association of Congregational Christian Churches (NACCC) exists to offer services to member churches.   One service helps introduce churches that have pastoral vacancies to clergy who wish to be considered for open positions.   This is done online securely, through the NACCC website.   Churches that are seeking clergy complete a Church Information Form (CIF) and openings are listed in Pastorates and Pulpits.   Anyone may view the Pastorates and Pulpits listing but only clergy who are registered with the NACCC for online access may view a church's full profile.

In order to use this system you must have a User Name and Password.   However, before access is granted you must register a Minister Disclosure File with the NACCC in accordance with the NACCC Disclosure Protocol and Policy.   Please read this policy carefully for it clearly outlines the documents you must provide.   If you are a clergy person who is not affiliated with an NACCC member church you must submit an Administrative Fee of $300.00 made payable to the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches along with your Minister Disclosure File.

The Minister Disclosure File is not a "personnel file" nor is it confidential.   However, the files are not open to general inspection. They are administrated professionally by Rev. Dr. Tom Richard, Executive Secretary, Rev. John Carson, Associate Executive Secretary and Susan Carson, Administrative Assistant.   All questions concerning this policy should be directed to them.   You may also call the NACCC office at 800.262.1620.

Once your Minister Disclosure File is complete, you will be given access that allows you to go online and edit your Minister Information Form (MIF).   This document will introduce you to churches that are searching for pastoral leadership.   Through our online system, you may enter and save your information, view CIFs on Pastorates and Pulpits, and email your MIF to churches in which you have interest.
